Episode 2 – Characters
Hinata – He is Gekkou's twin brother, as well as being the one responsible for Taito forgetting about Himea. Also there appears to be some bad blood between the two brother over something that has happened in the past.
Mirai – Is a bakeneko, or what is know as a demon cat. She is somehow cursed by Gekkou to serve him, and this curse can only be release by him when he kiss her. Although it appears to be more of a seal than a curse.
Episode 2 – Summary
In the start of the second episode, we get to see the truth of all that happen those nine years ago. It appears that Taito and Himea became friends because neither of them had anyone else at the time. Which leads us up to the point where she curse him so that he wouldn't die so that she would never lose Taito. Although shortly after this Hinata Gekkou's Twin brother attacks, and if it wasn't for Himea's curse he would have die. Then through the actions of Hinata we learn that Taito can now die six time within a fifteen minute period but if he is kill a seventh time he will stay dead. In an effort to prevent this agrees to do anything that he wants if he would just spare Taito, Hinata does but he also makes him forget everything about Himea.
This brings us back up to the present where Gekkou has stabbed Himea, however this also makes him think that Gekkou is Hinata. Then after Taito relize that he his not Hinata he ask why he is trying to kill Himea, it turns out that his only reason is because Hinata wants her and killing her seems to him to be the best option. Then a fight breaks out between the two because Gekkou desire to kill Himea. Although in the begging it appears that they are fairly even, Mirai launch Taito into the air and it doesn't look like he is coming down anytime soon. In an effort to save Taito, Himea flys up after Taito. While up in the air she gives him the power to use this curse flame, to defeat Gekkou. However before we can reach a conclusion Hinata appears and breaks up the fight.
Although because of this Gekkou loss all interest in Taito and now wants to only kill his brother, however Taito also wants a piece of him as well by forcing him and Himea apart for nine years. Himea thinks that it is best if they just let the brothers fight among themselves while they use this opportunity to escape. However Taito believe that it is better that they fight Hinata here and now, and convinces Himea to go along with his belief. In the end they are victorious over Hinata but it appears that Taito had to use his seventh life to do this. Although a little later he wakes up in class, and believes everything that happen was nothing more than a dream. That is until Himea Runs into class and knocks him over. Everything ends when Taito and Himea are having a meeting with Gekkou and now he tells them that they are now his slave.
