Jean – Is Claude's dead father, and even though Claude respects his father he is still feels like he is living in his shadow.
Episode 10 – Summary
In this episode the theme is dreams, they are things that all people have no matter where they are from. In this how this is illustrated is by the way that he is having to make sign for someone that only ask him because of how well know his father was, so in way how Yune mention is that father and son are going to have a competition even though his father is no-longer among the living. This also indirectly focus on a point that is important to the Japanese and that is the act of competition, is important because that is how a master finds a successor. That in a way this is also validating Claude belief in protecting the gallery that his father and grandfather help build. That dream are no so much what we see but what we wish to see, that final point is illustrated by how Yune believes to see Claude beside her as the show is going on.
