Episode – 10 – Summary
It seems that we have finally reach the back-story time. The episode starts out with Aoi decrystallization, which leads us to Arma wondering why Kagami and Ruri are not at school. Although at the end of the day Ruri shows up to get Arma. Now he know why they weren't at school to day because of the change of Aoi's condition. Unfortunately Arma tells Ruri he can't feel that there isn't any change. This leads us up to Arma asking Ruri about what really happen to make her like that.
It turns out that the Aiba's had earlier dealing with Kenmi that at one point they were paying for his research however when they learned of his inhuman way of doing it they told him that they were no-longer going to finance his research. In the end it appears that because they pulled their backing of his research he sent the Cyclops to kill them. However because of a fight that Ruri had with Aoi earlier Ruri wasn't present during the attack. Although this lead to Ruri's belief that if she got rid of all the dark-stones in the world her sister would come out of he crystallization.
Then the episode ends with a confrontation between Knight and Arma over their reasons for fighting. Knight lives with the belief that all humans are evil because of what Kenmi did to him, that all people with Sacred Seven powers are Superior race of humans. While Arma beliefs that from fighting the Dark-stone it has given reason and purpose to his powers that without these weak humans he would have no-one to protect. Knight ends it with saying that they may a similar powers but the reasons for fight are completely different, just because they aren't enemies doesn't make them allies. In a view on the plot this is a perfect set-up for a final battle.
