Dantalian no Shoka - Ep12

Episode 12 – 12 – New characters

Professor – He appears to know a great many secrets about the Bibliotheca Mystica de Dantalian. Also he has knowledge on how the phantom books are made. It seems to be trying to create books from peoples immoral actions. However that also suggest that they can be made for positive actions as well. There is just not enough know about him to tell his true intentions.

Raziel – Appears to be Dalian sister of sorts, also it seems like they have a great dislike towards each other. Although we don't know the reason why. It also seems like from the way the talk to each other they are alive but also dolls at the same time.

Episode 12 – 12 – Summary

This story starts with Hugh reading a story about zombies for the newspaper, although Dalian doesn't believe it because she thinks its just a fabrication. However when ask if there was a phantom book that could be used to create zombies, she answers yes. Then which cause her to take a closer look at the newspaper, that when she does Dalian immediately insists that they go to London to check this out. While there in London they find out that the newspapers that are being pass out turn people into zombies, but in isn't from all but just the one being print from this one place. Later when they check this out they find that the print machines are being run by zombies. Which ends with them meeting someone called the professor.

Although it seems like this professor is the one responsible sable for the creation of all these zombies, he explains that the whole reason he is doing this is to interfere with the post-war conference. That he believe that as world changes, the world needs more phantom books that record the emotions of these changes. While Dalian believe that something are better off not being known because the phantom books just cause problems for the rest of humanity. Then Professor ask him what is Hugh's purpose, which he reasons that he exists to free her. That responses was something that he wasn't expecting. Which he process to try a kill Hugh, but Hugh barely manages to escape with Dalian by jumping through the window.

This cause Dalian to be extremely worried by how much he is bleeding and they won't have much time before the zombies come after them. However Hugh asks her to open the gate so that he can save her, but the thing is really unclear of why of all times he decide now is the time. There isn't any reason that he couldn't do it earlier or later. Although Dalian helps Hugh in trying to free her from her prison, but her warden stops them from escaping. While sending Hugh into this deep abyss where he doesn't even remember who he is, this cause Dalian other self to help her if she wants to save Hugh. When the success-ed, Hugh comes back with the book that destroys all the zombie although he pass-out shortly after. Which then we go back to the professor where he is planing to take all the newspapers that he produce already is enough to put his plan into action. However he was stopped by Hal burning all of them to ash, everything ends with Dalian asking someone to Huey.
