Episode 3 – New Characters

Konoe Nagara – Is overprotective of his only daughter because she is the only family that he has left in this world. Which has him a little obsessive with anything that involves his daughter.

Episode 3 – Summary

The episode starts out with Subaru coming over to walk Jirou to school, while commpling about jirous lack of ability to keep his door locked. Then in comes Kureha just getting out the shower in nothing but but her underwear only to be seen by the person that she is in love with. Then later at school Jirou is talking with kanade about the early instance and his concern about his sister unwillingness to come out of her room. Kanade assures him that it will be alright because she see his sister peaking out behind the door just before she confronts her brother about Subarus reaction. She is stund that Subaru had no reaction at all and is now convinced that Jirou in convince that Jirou is involved with Subaru. Kanade assures Kureha that although Subaru is in love with him she is Jirous girlfriend. That she will help Kureha with her love because they might be future in-laws.

This leads us the the double date at the swimming people that later cause Kanade and Kureha to get kidnapped. Although all of this was setup to get Subaru to face his fear of knifes that devolved because of the last time they were their Subaru and Kanade got kidnapped. How ever this time Subaru, because Jirou was trying to save them it allow for Subaru to face her fear of knifes. While it also introduced Subaru's father Nagara the head butler.

Which in the end turn out that the entire thing was just a setup to get Subaru to face her fears. While also trying to get Jirou over his Gynophobia but it look more like Kanade was just playing with him. Even though things were setup so that his sister wouldn't get hurt. Then at the end of the episode was Kanade trick with Jirou supposedly make a move on Subaru while he was dating Kanade, which cause him to run away with Kanade while various people are trying kill him for different reasons and his gynophobia is the least of his worries at the moment.
