Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei - ep06

Although they didn't get to finishing the arc, the conclusion of the battle on the school ultimately leaded to revealing the reason behind Mibu and Kirihara's fight that Tatsuya broke up. First the issue is the reason behind Blache's attack was to obtain the research of the first magical high school. That as they approach the building Leo stays behind to guard the entrance to prevent anyone else from entering. Then Erika engages the enemies on the first floor while Tatsuya and Miyuki go ahead to the record room where a group of four is trying access the database. This result with them arrive in time just as they break the computer's security so that they can begin copying everything. Now with the plan impossible to carry out they try to make their escape but the only one that was able to was Mibu but she is intercepted by Erika down below. This bring an end to the fighting with her defeat.

Now with Mibu resting in a bed in the nurse office the get to hear her story on why she did this. That everything start a year ago when Mibu was impressed by Mari's skill and asked if she would train her a give her guidance. However in they way she was turned down Mibu took it as Mari rejecting her because of the fact that she was a course 2 student. Although Mari remembers thing differently that she turn her down because Mibu was more skill in pure swordsmanship that she was and want her to find an opponent fitting of that skill. However this event leads to Mibu's association with Tsukasa who's older brother is a leader of a blache branch, which is something that Tatsuya already knew.

This leads to a planned assault on the blache organization for various reason. The first being that if they don't do it themselves then they are going to have to charge Mibu with her crime. The second being is that Tatsuya will not let anything compromise his daily life with Miyuki. This leads to the question of who was going at first Tatsuya was planning to go alone but of course that won't happen because Miyuki will go where ever her brother does. Jyumonji join next as a represented of the ten master clans but Mari and Mayumi want to go as well however can't because of their position in the school. This also leads up to the final person joining Kirihara the one that started the fight with Mibu, and we see his real reason for starting that in the first place and why he wants to come along. That he was moved by Mibu's swordsmanship because of it purity but a year ago it became tainted. This leaded to him become frustrated by Mibu and taking it out on her by picking that fight with her. However after learning that Blache was responsible for tainting her Kirihara wants revenge for what they done. That with this they have their final member for the assault.
