Now with the return of Infinite
Stratos instead of instantly getting into the second season they
decide instead to introduces us into all of the key players that the
introduced from the last season for the people that didn't see the
first season. This is done by having Ichika go around and invite the
girls out to this festival on the last day before the new semester
starts. Although while this is going on in the background things
focus in on a bit of interaction between Charlotte and Laura. This is
so that can have meaningful character development while they are
forcefully trying to re-introduce the characters. Things end with
everyone going together with Ichika, while also highlight that some
things are happening behind the scene while Ichika is getting prepare
for the next semester to begin.
