How the Anime started out is quite
unusual, to start out with a funeral. Although that starting point is
of grave importance to the over all plot. The reason being the star
of the series Mikadono Shougo, is now place in a position where he
needs to success-ed his father. However to do so there appears to
have two qualifications. The first is that he must attend Miryuuin
Academy, which he already past the entrance test. The second is that
he must find a wife and be married to her before the end of his time
as a high school student. This would show his maturity to lead the
Mikadono group. In preparation for this task his mother has arranged
for him to live alone in an apartment.
Things appear to be going smoothly
except for the strange call for some woman that says that she is his
sister. Then on his way to his first day of school, he runs into
Tsuruma Konoe which turns out to go to the same school as him. Also
what is strange is that it seems that she already knew of him, but
covers it up like she was expecting a transfer student. This leads to
them going to the park so that Konoe can enjoy her cream puff, but
tells Shougo that she won't show him the way to school if he doesn't
have some too. Then later when he arrives at school he finds out that
he is in the same class as her, also the his seat is right next to
hers.
Then later in the day he helps her
take out the trash, and while doing this she plays a joke on him when
he tells her she shouldn't work to hard. After her little prank, it
appears to have back-fired on her a bit because he also take what she
said about them being destined meet as a joke as well. This leads to
Konoe being a bit more forward, and how she wants them to be much
closer to one another. This is when she see his scar, and Shougo
tells her that because of it he has forgotten much of his childhood.
However this creates a strange reaction from Konoe where he expect
her to be disgusted she instead almost displays pride over it, almost
as if her got it from protecting her.
This touching moment is destroyed by
Kannagi Miyabi throwing a can at the back of Shougo's head because
she couldn't stand to watch anymore. Once Konoe has to leave because
of some student council business, Miyabi approachs him about what him
and Konoe where doing. He explains that she was just looking at his
scar, which after his explanation she gets obsessed about get him to
kiss her. Thing end, and we find Shougo back home receiving a
package.
This package ends up causing a great
deal of trouble for him because it is a birthday cake from his sister
from the same place that Konoe got her cream puff from earlier, also
the photo that came with the cake his kind of looks like Konoe. After
he opens the to packages, he receives a call from his sister saying
that she is going to the same school as he is now. This is very bad
news form him since he is expect to find a wife from some that goes
to the school and the probability is high than he would like that he
might end up being married to his sister. Although at this point the
most likely person is the one that he has so far had the greatest
chemistry with Konoe. However they quickly reveal his sister, but the
greatest question is why she doesn't have black hair like she does in
the photo. Also in the photo the two people like not far apart.
Things to think about
- There is possibility that this sister could not even be related to Shougo at all, just that they were almost like family but he has just forgotten
- The clues they have giving out point to Konoe, however the woman that actual his sister real doesn't match the clues. It possible that she is a decoy and is being payed to play a part.
- Also it is possible, that these calls are just a joke. That are designed to weaken his resolve to find a wife, so that he will be unfit to lead the Mikadono group.
