The
first episode of the second season, was for the most part a recap of
the previous season. However it was done in an interesting way, by
presenting it as a dream within a dream. Although towards the end, we
find out the conclusion between genesis and exodus. It appears that
exodus has vanished, what this truly means is uncertain. However for
the Genesis tree, has altered the state of the world. Where violence
can no-long existed, that already 1/3 of the world population was
erase because they were fighting at the time genesis awoke. Things
end with Samon telling Mahiro that Yoshino might be the mage of
exodus, that in the future he might be force to kill Yoshino. The
other thing that was a major focus for this episode was to highlight
Mahiro motivation, that he didn't wish for a happy ending or to save
the world. He wish for things to end in a tragedy, in a way he wish
for the world to end.
