Log Horizon - ep12

It seems that there is no rush to get to the heart of the matter. The King is still feeling them out, and to get them socializing he advice them to join the party. However of those that came none of them are really the dancing type. This leads to Crusty having a bit of fun with Shiroe by volunteering him, but Shiroe is against because it is clear that Crusty would be a better choice. Although in the end Shiroe is save by Henrietta because she can have him follow her lead. Things end well that night but Shiroe has built up some resentment from Akatsuki, either because he didn't dance with her or the children treated her like a child.

The next day there is a bit of focus on their impact on the world. First there is the issue of there cooking method has spread to the people of the land. This also helps define the main purpose of the ball last night was to put the king's citizen at ease about them. Now the real issue is that since the apocalypse happen people have stop taking quest, so there is a real need to stabilize the relationship. Although the problem lies in the fact that the people of the land need them but they see the Adventures have change the status qua. However they will not be able to come out and say that they need them. Then on top of this there is a chance that in the future this lords will approach the individual guilds, and the round table will not be able to police them all. That for better or worse they will need to come to an agreement here or there is a chance that failure to do so will adversely affect Akihabara, and it wouldn't be so easy to fix next time.
