Valvrave the Liberator - ep04

It seems that L-elf action ultimately reveals that ARUS isn't any better than Dorssia, that when Haruto meets up with the Senator it seems that Dorssia attacks sooner than he expected this leads him into revealing that he really only after Valvrave. That with things as they are he is going to abandon everyone here, this is where L-elf second prophesy seems to be come true that Haruto's only way to save himself and his friends is to make a pact with L-elf by killing the senator. Although before Haruto can really do anything he is capture by ARUS and there is nothing that he can do since he still doesn't understand the nature of the curse that Valvrave put on him.

That while this is going on Rainbow and Shoko meet, and it is through this encounter that Shoko finds out the true intentions of ARUS is to run away with Valvrave and abandon everyone there. This results in Shoko calling a student council meeting although she has a difficult time explaining how she found out because Rainbow has remained hidden from the entire school. Although it turns out that her brother is the student council president that when Shoko strips off her clothes to give an appearance similar to Rainbow it is clear to him from who she got this information. These result in them forming a plan to try an find something that will prove Shoko claim is true.

This action results in Shoko finding Haruto tied up, and realize that the reason that he didn't answer her call was not because of their fight but because ARUS imprison him. Now with Haruto free they can take back Valvrave from ARUS. This put Haruto back in the situation that he was in earlier with it appearing that the only choice he has is to do as L-elf said, but Shoko provides him another alternative. That they use Valvrave as a hostage, where Dorssia that has occupide JIOR can't do anything to their families without the potential of JIOR giving Valvrave over to the ARUS and in it also presents the reverse situation as well for ARUS. This makes them untouchable by either side. The only thing that remains is it actual execution where Haruto has to cut the module away from the rest of the station so that they can be Independent from JIOR, and through this action with draw the fighting away from their nation.
