Haiyore! Nyaruko-san - ep04

Summary

Picking up from last time, with the impending doom of his mother coming home. He decides that he needs to kick the aliens out of his house so that he can clean up. However although his desire to return his house to a normal state before his mother come home is his intent. That doesn't necessarily mean that Kuuko and Nyaruko are going to abide by his wishes. Thing get complecated when just as he finishs cleaning the aliens he has kick out have come back. While he is once again trying to get rid of them, his mother opens the door where it looks like he is having a three some with Kuuko and Nyaruko.

In an attempt to explain the situation they all go to down the living room to peaceful resolution to the situation. When Nyaruko explain that her and Kuuko are aliens, his mother snaps. It seems like the thing that Nyaruko alluded to a few episode back was actually foreshadowing, that Mahiro come from a line of deity hunters. However Mahiro's mother gives her time to fully explain her self that they are here to protect both Mahiro and the earth. Then with his mother calmed down and with all the misunderstanding cleared up, he tries to use this as an opportunity to get Nyaruko out of his life. This ends up proving futile because his mother feels it is only right to give them a place to stay since they are here to protect the earth it is the least that they could do. Nyaruko tries to use this acceptance to get his mother to accept her as her daughter-in-law, this also fails. In the end the stats qua is maintained.

It is interesting to see how his mothers return has change his home life. When Kuuko and Nyaruko start fighting, his mother shows up treating to stab them. Which make them want to rush off to school. This makes it Mahiro's first peaceful walk to school in awhile, but on the way her runs into someone. Which they part ways after a length apology on both sides. While school ends mostly uneventful, he ends up running into the same person on the way home. He decide he will try and help this person out.

While taking a break at a restaurant to get something to eat and hear the full story from this guy. Kuuko and Nyaruko appear behind them, which ends up explaining that this person is really another alien. That he is another alien from H.P. Lovecraft's stories, Hustur the wind god. It also seems like Hasuta is another of Nyaruko's friends from kindergarten. It seem that he quit his job at this galactic library, because his father need his help. That the only thing his father gave him was a name, and this name is Yasuka Yoriko. Who turn out to be Mahiro's mother, things end with the question raised what does Hasuta father want with Mahiro's mother.
