Ore no Kanojo to Osanamiji ga Shuraba Sugiru - ep13

Things begin with Eita's arrival at the contest grounds just as the first contestants comes out. Then from there things get rolling with Chiwa where is very open with her feeling although we didn't really need any clarification on how she feel about Eita. Things get a bit chaotic when it is Hime's turn because she isn't on stage to take her turn. However it appears that she is right behind Eita and seeing where she is Eita tries to convince her to go up on stage. Although through this interaction I guess counts as her appearance since they decide to just film there instead of on stage. Unfortunately for Ai because of her involvement to get Hime on stage it also counts as her appearance as well.

Then things get to the true focus of the action with the arrival of Masuzu turn. It turns at that she is using the stage to publicly break up with Eita, while by doing this she has made a few people very happy although Eita isn't going to stand for it. In the end the whole reason she is doing this is because she feels she doesn't have the right to be with Eita. Ultimately she is doing all of this because of her inferiority complex, that in the end she believe all she knows how to be is a fake. Although in the end Eita doesn't accept her breaking up with her and they start this time for real. It seems that Masuzu may be lost, it turns out that she just need Eita to help her find the way home. Then with Eita kissing Masuzu on stage has cause a change in his relationship with the others.

The next day his aunt decide to have a talk with him about his current situation, that he is currently going down the battlefield route. That other than this route there is only two other paths that his love-life can take on is to change it into a harem although this isn't what he really wants. This leads her into suggesting the only other path available to him. It is to get everyone except his girlfriend to hate him. Ironically about this whole idea is that if he did nothing everything would have turn out alright but by taking action he set himself down the battlefield route. First he goes to Hime that he isn't her lover from a past life but all this is cause her love for him to deepen. Then with Ai his plan was to destroy their marriage contract but as his is pondering if this was really the right thing to do he ends up signing his name in blood. Then with Chiwa he doesn't even have a chance to do anything to get her to hate him. Now another route has close to him, there is only two choice left battlefield and Harem. Now that the battlefield has been established, the question is when the series returns where will they go with it since this was only the opening act.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - ep12

Now they began resolving all the problems from last time, although they don't immediately start in on the conflict between the Maou and Yuusha. Instead things began with the Mage's arrival at Winter Kingdom where she is to deliver a message from the Crimson Scholar. That they could sell a cure to small pox for one goal piece per person. However she didn't know of the present war, but the Winter King see that instead of selling this cure they could use it to negotiation peace with central. Then from here we focus back in on Maou and Yuusha. It seems that Yuusha doesn't have to do much to bring her back to her senses. That once enough time pass the Maou is able to exorcise the previous demon lords spirits and reclaim want is rightful hers. Then once the Maou has truly returned Yuusha goes about healing the head maid and telling the Maou about everything that has happen in her absents.

This moves the story back to the human realm where the two conflicts are reaching a conclusion. The first is that the mercenaries that are working for central are becoming restless. It become much worse when they hear about the reason they aren't continuing since they have come this far. The first is the reason on why they started this war was to obtain food from the south so they didn't bring any food buy money instead because the people back at central are fearful for the coming winter. The other reason is the various leaders in this campaign are arguing over who gets the rights to the south. Then in seeing that their leaders aren't going to act they seek to start the war themselves by going on the attack.

Then once the Female Knight hears of whats going on she seeks to stop a war by preventing this rogue faction from reaching their camp which would give central all the reason it would need to attack. How she intend to stop is use a small group of Calvary soldiers to couple quick assaults just enough to get the mercenaries to give chase, the while they are pursing them divide their numbers in half occasionally. This would also force their enemy to divide their force as well, and it appears that while all this has happen the first snow fall of winter has arrived. This means that they have succeed in buying the time that they needed.

This leads into the trouble with Iron country where the general of White-Night Kingdom is running amok by going around killing everyone he sees. This leads him into encountering the Big-sis maid that is running the printing press, although this demented general believes that she is the Crimson Scholar. Although before he can kill her she is saved by one of Crimson Scholars ex-students the Soldier. Then with the battle between the two of them it looks her protect is about to die, and this leads him into potential dying to take out his enemy by dropping both them over the edge. Although the soldier saves himself at the last minute with his sword.

Then with all the current problems resolved, the Maou makes announcement to her people about that she is calling for a meeting of all the clans. However unfortunate she made this announcement after the black knight displayed his powers which leads her people to believe that she is going to invade the human world with all of the demon realms strength backing her. Which isn't her intention at all. This concludes this series but there are a couple things that hint at a sequel. First there is the fact that the Church is making under the table deals with one of the clans from Demon Realm. Then there is the constant resentment of the inhabitants of Demon Realm against humanity, it seems that when a sequel comes about that the Maou is going to have to do something about her own people if she wish to ever reach the future that she dreams of. The only question is how many years will we have to wait for the sequel.

Zetsuen no Tempest - ep24

Then with things picking up where they left off last time, it seems that Yoshino is no where near dying. That only after Mahiro dealt with the troublemaker that he could afford the time to bandage Yoshino's arm. Then for the rest of the battle the main focus is on the conflict between Hanemura and Genesis. Although it seems that Hanemura failed to defeat it in a single blow which end up waking it up. In the end it turns out to be a good idea to get the ships as far away from the pillar as possible. Although once Genesis woke up they didn't need any further convincing to leave the area. However through Hanemura's battle it seems that he is serious out matched. That just when it appears that he is done for, at that very moment does the tree of Exodus wake up and send Hanemura the sword of exodus. That with this sword in hand Hanemura severs the trees existence and with it create a path to a new beginning.

Now in a world without either tree, the only thing that remains is the question of what happen to all of those that are left. It seems of the great problems that are created is without Genesis the Kusuribe clan is powerless. That to solve this issue Hayakawa the leader of the defense of the pillar takes them under his wing for all that they have done. Then there is the fact that Hanemura is potential getting back together with his girlfriend, and perhaps his wish from the very beginning was granted. Then now with the Kusuribe clan now powerless Hakaze is trying to rush off to be by Yoshino's side, although she isn't pleased with how her elders are trying to get in her way but she eventually get away in the end. Then lastly Yoshino and Mahiro are able to have closure with Aika by watching her message that she left them, that only in receiving her last words are they able to reveal their true feelings. That in the end Aika only live out her life as an actor and just silently accept the part that she was suppose to play. That because of this they believe that Aika was wrong in her decision. Then with that chapter finally closed, it seems that Yoshino is able to move on to ultimately find new happiness with Hakaze. Also it seems that Mahiro isn't without his own love life because the girl that he saved before running into Yoshino wants to meet him and all this time they have been keeping in contact. Then with that the series is over but I'm still hopeful that they will do a sequel to show the ultimate destination of the uncertain future they help create but that is unlikely.

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo - ep24

While the last episode felt although like a conclusion, this final episode in the series gives off the appearance that it's an introduction it the sequel. The first half focus in on how the members of their family starts leaving them. The first one to go is Rita, although it is clear from Ryuunosuke that she visits Japan often. However she misleads with making him believe that she only wants him to shake her hand, which turn into her dragging him into kiss without giving him a choice in the matter. Then you have Jin and Nanami leaving. Although it seems that Nanami isn't leaving just going home to see her parents. While with Jin his going off to college in Osaka but Misaki isn't taking his leaving well, this leads to him leaving the marriage registration form with her as a promise that they will turn into together when he come back. Then lastly you have Ryuunosuke leaves Sorata and Mashiro alone because he says there is a meeting that he needs to get to. This leaves us with the two characters that the series revolve around at the very spot that everything began as they reflect on all that happen. The first half comes to a close with looking at the empty rooms at Sakurasou leaving an impression that Sorata has inherited Misaki wish, and it leave the impression that he wants to see all the rooms filled once again.

Although it doesn't take very long for this to happen, shortly into the new school year those rooms are already being filled. The first by Hase Kanna who seems to have trouble sleeping with someone else in the room, her other reason is that her roommate was too loud. However if she believe the quite life is waiting for her at Sakurasou then she has another thing coming. The second new arrival is Himemiya Iori who was caught on his first night at trying to seek a peek in the girls-bath. However on the arrival at Sakurasou it doesn't take them very long to get introduce to the insanity that goes on there. Thing start out with Nanami practicing Sorata's game script, which just so happens to be for a horror game. Then as Sorata hears the door open, he walks out with knife cover in fresh blood. This scares them which cause them to run outside which leads them to running into Ryuunosuke who is cutting the grass. Then once everything settles down, they get properly introduce at dinner. When later Sorata's sister just appears at random, it seems that she did pass after all because her number wasn't 99 but 66. Things end with Misaki's return, when Sorata questions why she is here it turns out that she bought the house next door to Sakurasou. It also appears that she couldn't wait until Jin finished college to turn in the Marriage registration so now she is Mitaka Misaki. Then with all that happens in the last half of the final episode it is hard to imagine them not make a sequel to this series.

Ore no Kanojo to Osanamiji ga Shuraba Sugiru - ep12

The emphasis this time around is setting up the final episode. It clear from the start of the trip that Eita is trying too hard. Although really it doesn't seem to matter all that much when they are at the beach because the others are more interested in playing around. This is understandable in Hime's case since because of her family she never had a chance to go to the ocean. However it seems that Masuzu has a plan for when lunch comes around, that after lunch Masuzu wants to split a watermelon. It turns out that Eita is the first on up, however she wants it done in an unconventional way. Masuzu didn't bring a stick to break it with so Eita is going to have to use his head to break it. In the end it seem that the watermelon was just a ploy to have Eita jump into her arms. Then because Eita followed Masuzu advice this leads to him getting punished by the others.

Then once Eita serves his punishment they return to the beach house to prepare dinner. Then as they split up do their separate tasks, things end up going in an interesting direction. That with Chiwa and Hime buy some vegetables, and Eita changing some light-bulbs outside the kitchen it seems that Ai is left alone with Masuzu. That as they are peeling the vegetables, Ai brings up the fact indirectly that she believes that she start to date Eita because she want people to stop asking her out. That if this is true, then she might not be able to forgive her. Masuzu dodges Ai's question by “accidental” peeling to much of the vegetable off. Although it is interesting to see that Eita is shocked over the fact of over hearing from Ai about what lead Masuzu to start her fake boyfriend plan. The question is what is he more shocked about that Ai could know the truth or it is more harsh hearing it from someone else.

This leads Masuzu to create a new plan because it's becoming less likely that the others belief her lie. What she comes up with is that Eita must kiss her in-front of everyone just as they are turning in for the night. Although Eita is against this idea because it will turn his life into a blood-bath. That because of this fact is the only reason that Masuzu is giving him the choice. Then with this decision weighing on his shoulders he can't focus on the game they are playing. Then just as Eita is about to pull the plan off, it seems the others have something plan as well. It seems that sometime during the day they manage to pick a phone-strap as a symbol as being part of the club. That in a similar way how their school uniform defines that they belong to a particular school, this will define their connection to their club. That because of this interference Eita lost his opportunity, although it seems that Masuzu isn't too upset about this fact. It seems that Masuzu believes that she will lose tomorrow competition and with this in mind she intendeds to free Eita from his obligation. Also it seem to a degree is the honest affection from the other has move her, and it seems that she feels bad about the fact that she took Eita from Chiwa.

Then the next day as everyone else is preparing to go to the competition, Masuzu is hold up in her room. It's almost as if she can't even bare the thought of facing them. Then as Eita is out for a walk before the competition, he has an unfortunate run-in with Mana. That it is through their conversation that Eita learn a bit about why Masuzu is the way she is, how her father force her to act a certain way so that she would be his ideal daughter. That somewhere alone the way Masuzu lost the ability to discern who was her true self. This leaded to her snapping and which would ultimately cause her to distance herself from her father by returning to Japan. This leads Eita to a conclusion that Masuzu needed someone to existed in her world of lies. That she is still lost within herself and he might be her only salvation, with this thought in mind he rush to where the competition is going to be held. The question is what will he do once he gets there.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - ep11

Now it seems that we are moving into the finale, they are not exactly being subtle about it. War is building on three fronts for the southern nations. First you have Central who is going to attack Winter Kingdom because of the tariff. There is also the matter of defying them with protecting the Crimson Scholar, which later start a mass migration into the southern kingdoms. Then you have the jealous White-Night Kingdom which is enraged about being excluded from their alliance. Then the situation with the serfs has just made this resentment worse. They are intent to use this growing conflict with Central to their advantage by attacking Iron country and hopeful being able to take it for themselves. Then worse yet you have a demon army coming from the south, the results in them facing a war on three fronts.

Then while this is going the situation that the Merchant created has reach critical mass. It seems that Central has plans to artificial create new currency, by making the old currency worthless. They intend to do this by replacing it with new currency that is going worth more than twice what the old one was worth. Although the Merchant has doubt that they will be able to maintain this self-proclaimed value. This is when he enter into the second stage of his plan by beginning negotiation with the Winter Kingdom. That he wants them to sell him the Bright-Light Island, Second he wants to buy all their potato crop, third he wants a special exemption to travel through the country without paying the tariff, and lastly he wants to set up banks in each of the southern nations.

Once the Merchant has declared his desires to the Kings aid, it is clear to him the truth about what the Merchant is after. That by establishing banks in the southern king, the merchant is able to create a place where the old currency could be used. Then with the tariff and Bright Light Island he is trying to open up trade with the demons. That he intents to use the wheat as a psudo-currency, that through it he is going to force Central to still use the old currency if it wants their precious wheat. That it is through the merchant the a dual-currency system is created.

Although once this is conclude things brings use back to what are the southern going to do about the war on three fronts. It seems that the war with Central is going to be done through pay-offs, that the winter kingdom seeks to buy them off each day by sending them a gift. That if this holds then once winter falls they will be force back without a single shoot being fired. Then with how Iron country is dealing with it's unruly neighbor, it far less peaceful. That White-Night Kingdom is abandoning all form of strategy and believes that they can win by using brute strength alone. This false belief proves to be their down fall since with the Iron being entrench it robs them of their speed which was the only advantage the White-Night Kingdom had. Then on the last front Yuusha deals with it personal, but once he is face with the army he doesn't have an idea on what he should do to force their retreat. Then only a moment later the mage he was looking so hard for finally shows herself. Her answer is to teleport them all back to the demon realm, then once they are there he is to destroy the gate.

Once this is done, the mage has him go through the smoke. That once he pass through the smoke, that once he clears it. It is then that he discover that he is in the Demon Realm, that once he is there does the mage explain the truth about it. That it is not a different world but it is a world that exist beneath them all this time. That there is no time that the Maou is in trouble and he needs to rush to her side. It seems that the Maou has been taken over by the previous kings that came before her. The question is will Yuusha be force to kill her like he intend to do before all this started, or will he find someway to free her from her possession. Personal I'm guessing that they will go for a happy ending where the Yuusha frees her from the hold of the previous demon lords, the issue is will things go as I hope.

Zetsuen no Tempest - ep23

Things don't immediately start with the final battle, even though everything is coming to a close soon. Instead there is a focus on each persons conflict about what going to happen or could happen. There is Hanamura that believe it is possible that when he takes out the tree of genesis, that it end up taking him out as well. Then to this end he has written a letter to be receive by his ex-girlfriend and wants Mahiro to give to her. However Mahiro tears it saying the if Hanamura dies their all down for anyways, and beside to Mahiro dieing is pointless. Then with Samon, he believes that if there ever was a time he was going to die it would be now. He feels this way because he believes that would be the only way for him to make a mends for all the death he cause in the name of future peace. Lastly you have Hakaze who is trouble by the fact that Yoshino is going to be join the operation. That she is troubled by the fact that if he gets himself into trouble there will be nothing that she could do to help him. It seems that to this end Yoshino has accept Aika's death, although to truly move on he must she the end resolute of her selfish decision.

Then as far as Mahiro's battle plan is quite interesting since up to this point all we've hear was goal. Nothing really about the plan it self. It seems that they are having Hakaze and Hanmura switch roles. The reason is that Kusaribe's magic doesn't work within the vicinity of the pillar. This would prove to be a problem if they remains as their original roles since to draw out the ships protecting the pillar Mai-hime would have to protect them. Although because they are in the sphere of influence of the pillar Hakaze can't get close. Having the switch roles is useful to another extent because it will allow for the Hanamura to slip away unnoticed because everyone else will be focus on what they perceive as the Mage of Exodus. While this act is being orchestrated, the job the others have is to capture to survey ship so that they can get them as far away from the pillar as possible because it is unclear what will happen when it is destroyed by Hanamura. Although things mostly go as planned but Yoshino and Mahiro didn't check if anyone had a gun on them. This end things with a bit of a twist when Yoshino is shot and we don't know of his fate. The question is what will this simple event change in everything that Mahiro has planned. There is also the question on if Hanamura will hesitate to do what he must to save Yoshino. Although from the preview it looks like the next episode is going to be the last.

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo - ep23

Then as things are approaching there conclusion, it seems there are still a few plans still in the works. It seems that before Ryuunosuke and Rita went after the other it appears that he made so preparations. That his plan was to hand out Sakura pins to all the students coming for graduation, since today was the day of graduation which means most if not all the students would be there. This would allow them to wear something to associate them with Sakurasou. In the end they barely manage to seek in before the ceremony started. Then second part of the plan really doesn't begin until it is time for the graduating class to give their speech.

This is where we see the meaning behind the paper the Jin was holding last episode. It turns out it wasn't a speech for the senior class representative to read but it was change the speech and who was going to read it. This is why Misaki is currently representative for the senior class, that in the first half of her speech seems fairly innocent. It is through this speech that we find out what Misaki life was like at Sakurasou, and how she got there. That she move there after her first week at school, and when she got there it was only her and Chihiro-sensei. That on that night she had a dream, that she wanted this every room to be filled. In time her wish was granted, then Misaki transitions from this feel good story into what the school wants to do to them. That after graduation the school plans to tear down Sakurasou, that they need their support to stop it.

This leads into things getting out of hand, when the school officials that are displeased with Misaki's actions try to silence her. This leads into Kanada stepping in and adding in his own two cents in. Then as the teachers are trying to suppress them, the student body gets riled up. That it is clear on who they support, in a way the school dug it own grave when it use such forceful action against Misaki and Kanada. This is when some order is restored by clarifying what the original purpose of Sakurasou was. It existed to allow student to freely pursue the arts without having to concern themselves with the criticism of the rest of society. Then the final point is brought forth that since they have the entire student body here right now why don't they put it to a vote. While the could of just done it with a show of hand, instead they have everyone that is apposed throw their Sakura pins in the air. Sakurasou is saved in the end, but the trouble maker that disrupted the ceremony have to sit outside for the rest of it's duration.

Ore no Kanojo to Osanamiji ga Shuraba Sugiru - ep11

Things continue where they left off last time with Saeko stating that Masuzu and Eita aren't really dating. The first issue is how does so know this, did Eita let it slip at some time. It appears that isn't the case that she just has a feeling that they aren't. The reason is that she makes gal games and otome games for living, so her lively hood depends on her ability to make up characters. This is why she is able to identify Masuzu for what she is. Then in an attempt to salvage her reputation as Eita's girlfriend, she takes a love compatibility test with the rest of the girls to see who most in love with Eita. Then at the end of this test Ai comes in first while Masuzu comes in last. It appears that more Masuzu tries to prove Saeko is wrong, more she is caught in her own lies.

Once this is over they decide to change the subject to the problem they are having with the trip that they are planning. It seems that even-though they want to go to the beach, their club will not receive any funds until the start of next semester. Also they are not allowed to get part-time jobs without permission from the school. Hearing all this Saeko come up with a suggestion, that if they participate in a competition the the company is running then they will allow for them to use there facilities that are close to the beach. It will also help her out since there aren't enough participants for the contest. Even-though there are conditions, no-one has any problems with agreeing to her terms especially when she offers up Eita to the winner.

Then with all the detail for the trip set, it seems the rest of the episode is about defining Eita's relationship with each of the girls. The next day his aunt talk to him about his relationship with the members from his club. Saeko question does he want to start a harem or turn it into a war-zone, that if he wants a harem he better manage his flags properly because if he doesn't there is nothing else his life could become. That if he doesn't want this he better properly choose one of the girls, it seems that she still doesn't believe in anything that Masuzu has said. Then Eita spends time with each of the girls before the day of the trip. It seems the other three had some doubt about his relationship with Masuzu, that something just wasn't right. This means that Masuzu is going to have to do something drastic to keep from being found out. Also there are hint of a fifth girl entering to battle field because as Eita is spending time with Ai there are some hint thrown out there that Kaoru is really a girl. The question is what will become of this trip, will Masuzu keep her statues as Eita's girlfriend or will the truth be revealed.

MaoYuu Maou Yuusha - ep10

It seems that her speech had quite an effect on the people, this resulted in the people desiring freedom. The question is in how the king should respond to their wishes, that in setting the serfs free would be directly going against the wish of central. This would give them a reason to start a war with the southern countries because of their open defiance. Although Yuusha questions the reason why central would want to go to war with them, what do they hope gain from it. Then to answer this question Onna Kishi goes over what they truly want, to bring the entire world under their flag while setting themselves up top. The big sister sees that this is wrong because it goes against the Crimson Scholar's teaching, that by doing this you will become wealth but you will never prosper. That is cause by an equal balance of good from both sides.

Although the current question is how to get more people to come their country, because when it come to war they will not be able to hold out against the might of central. Although if they are going to survive they are going to need all the help that they can get. They start by distributing three thousand fliers throughout central but it only increase their population by a couple hundred. Then some brings up the idea of telling them through song. That maybe a big reason that they didn't get a huge response was because the people they were trying to reason out to couldn't read. That through the song they could tell the impoverished people want there is to gain by moving down south.

Then while this is going on the merchant is executing plans of his own. That he see that the price on wheat is raising, he ends up doing the opposite of what he should. This leads to him buying when it is high, although his true goal isn't the wheat what he truly wants is to buy currency. That by doing this he is able to buy the wheat the land owner don't have yet, but he will be buying the wheat before the prices have truly risen. This is going to create a situation where central is going to have a long hard winter. Then through the merchant action it has create another problem for the southern nations, that all the starving people in central will end up going south to buy the wheat that they need at a cheaper price. This means that the south will starve instead of the north. Then to prevent this they will need to levy a huge tariff on the goods that the people will be coming for which will protect their people by making unreasonable to take the food out of the country.

This tariff ends up being to cause of the war between north and south, it seems if they can't get what they want then central seems incline to just take what they desire. It result outrages Yuusha because he can't really believe that this is really what the Maou desire about all else. Then the question out to the only way to prevent this war is to hold out until winter. It seems that winter is two weeks away if they have an early winter. That once winter come, it will be too cold for central to continue the fight and they will have to turn back. It not a matter of winning, is just that they can't lose. The question remains is if they can hold until winter does arrive.
