Madan no Ou to Vanadis - ep13

Now before things can move towards their final conclusion Eleonora has to shack Tigre out of his depression. Although things are a bit more complicated than Eleonora is aware of since Bertand death also lead to him mastering the power that Tir Na Fa gave him which leads him to now have mixed feelings about it and this to an extent troubles him. Eleonora can't know this but she helps him in her own way by reminding him of his fundamental nature. Having Tigre return to his sense couldn't happen at a better time since the next day Badouin arrives to inform them of that state of the king. It appears that the drugs that Ganelon gave him has worn off but he can't be cured of the poison so if they want an audience with the king they need to hurry.

This leads to the final showdown between Tigre and Thenardier but it appears that Thenardier no-longer cares about winning. Since his army is in disarry with no-one really leading it. It seems that the true commander was killed in the previous battle underground. Which means that Thenardier could have leaded his army but instead he abandons it to face Tigre alone which ultimately results in his armies defeat. However it appears that his true goal was avenge his son's death, that in this duel Tigre also receives his answer on why he attack Alsace. Which almost cause him to lose himself to his rage but Elenora snaps him out of it. Things end in an expected way with Thenardier receiving an arrow to the head.

Now with Thenardier defeat they can go into the city to meet with the king. That in this meeting the king laments that Tigre resolved the situation that was his to bare. That his is prepared to offer Tigre anything he could want but like always his only concern is securing the continuing security of Alsace and he doesn't care if it become part of Zhcted to achieve this. In the end this leads to forging an alliance Zhcted. Although the king still give Tigre the title of Moonlight knight, this has special significance to Badouin because all those that receive this title become the next king of Brune so in a way the king is declaring Tigre his successor in a subtle way. That with the war over Tigre returns to Zhcted with Eleonora, that at least for now the story is finished. It is possible in the future they will make a continuation to this series, and if they do it would be interesting to see how things would turn out.

Amagi Brilliant Park - ep13

Now with how this last episode went it would have been better if they just end things at twelve because this is just a pointless piece of fluff. That in the events that transpire is all about Triken attempts at making a better PV since Kanie didn't much care for the one that he created. Although he gives Izusu orders to oversee it's production, this might have not been the best idea since neither has a good idea on what will make it better. This leads to them asking for input from the cast at the park which become a royal mess with the PV ending up more about the casts personal interest rather than about the park itself. That with the new PV complete, they end up showing it to Kanie who is repulsed by it which leads him to go with the one that Triken originally created. However interestingly enough Triken still release the other version online and Kanie is surprised by how many hit it has already received.

Trinity Seven - ep12

Now we reach the conclusion between Arata and Hijiri. Things start out with Akio destorying the last of Lugh's weapons which result in taking her out of the fight. That with this done everyone can focus on Hijiri, and toward this end Levi and Liese quickly find out that she can't be harmed. Although this is quickly corrected by having Arin taking it out with Levi's help to get her in position. That with this done it allows for Lilith and Arata to finish the job. That with Hijiri's defeat, Arata has a nice talk with her about why she is trying to destroy the world. It seems that Hijiri wants to upset the balance of the world that simply uses Arata as a tool in maintain the order of the universe and Hijiri desires to free him of this fate. That this is why she wish to destroy the world to break the cycle. In some ways Hijiri's actions are contradictory since through her actions she is accelerating Arata growth into the Demon Lord. However with the conclusion of the battle we see clearly the goal of each side and the driving force behind Hijiri.

That the rest of the episode focus on a last bit a fluff before the next season begins. This is start off with Lilith showing Arata around town to get his mind off being seperated from Hijiri once again. That through this all of the Trinity seven show up. That first additional appearance is Mira when Lilith taken Arata to a cafe where Mira works as a waitress and Akio works as the chief. Then other four appear by shadowing Lilith on their date that isn't a date. Things end with Arata giving Lilith a necklace as thanks for everything that she has done for him but it was a bit amusing when she though that Arata was going give her something different. It was also interesting that she is a bit disappoint that Arata didn't kiss her as she was expecting him to. Thing end with the other members of Trinity letting their presence be known which leads them to return to Mira's cafe. This season was largely about introducing Arata to the Trinity Seven and defining the goals that each side is working towards. The next season will most likely focus on the conflict between the Trinity Seven and Iscariot when ever they decide to release it.

Madan no Ou to Vanadis - ep12

Now things are coming to an end as they approach Artesium. That to end this secret chamber there are three ways in. The first being within the city itself, this is not an option. This leave the two other paths one is locate inside a small temple and the last is located inside a local graveyard that is located near the city. In the end Tigre's group heads for the temple because it is closer. Then as things are entering into their final phases of preparation, people begin to look toward what will happen once everything is over. The most important of these is Tigre's heading to Zhcted once everything is over, which is part of the reason that Bertand travels with Tigre and Regin since this is be the last time he will be able to serve Tigre. This also prompts Eleonora to join as well which turns out to be a good thing concerning what they encounter underground.

Then as things turn out Thenardier was expecting them to make this move which is why he ends up meeting by traveling down the other remaining path that was located outside the city. That in this battle great tragedy strikes when the cave began to collapse which forces everyone to flee but before Tigre can he is almost struck down but Bertand shields him and in the aftermath we see that the soldier that almost killed Tigre dies in the cave in. However both Tigre and Bertand are fine expect for the fact that he is dying from the fatal wound he received from protecting Tigre. That in his final moments we find out his last regret in life how he was unable to save Tigre's father Urs. Although in his death he feels that he was able to redeem himself by saving Tigre. That as Tigre Morns he opens up the enclosesed space so that he can reground with the others. The question at the end of everything is will Tigre find the strength to stand up again to finish what he started or will the weight of Bertrand death crush him.

Amagi Brilliant Park - ep12

It was interesting how they got the last few people they needed, since it wasn't done through some cleaver plan but was done through asking their friends to come. It was amusing to see who each of the cast got to come. That Moffle he got he drinking buddies to come, while Tiramie did it through airing dirty laundry. The fairies were helpful in getting there online followers to come expect for Muse who could only get her grandmother to come. Then lastly Kanie had to call his friends from school to help him out but with all this it still turns out to not be enough. However Isuzu save the day when the three demons pass by and attack Isuzu which allows them to reach their goal.

That with this victory everyone celebrities, although this means that Kanie's time here is at it's end since the agreement was only for three months regardless of the out come. Then as thing come to a close Kurisa Takaya returns, which has Kanie confront him. Then as it turns out that he is the wizard that cursed Latifa, and that this is the real reason that Isuzu calls him the enemy. It seems that he only appears to gloat since he see that Kanie only succeed in delaying the enviable. That it also appears that he never intended to marry Latifa he just wanted them to despair since that is the emotion that he feed off of. That is also why he shows himself because while Kanie saved the park, in the end he can't save Latifa.

Then with this revealed they go into the final moments before Latifa is going to lose her memories once again. That she shows a brave face for Izusu and Moffle but once they leave she breaks down in-front of Kanie. Showing how painful it will be for her this time around since she saw a miracle and this gives her hope for the future. That this is the one thing she doesn't want to forget above all else but time stops for no-one and the day ends. Although when she wakes up a few minutes later she still remember everything and this is proven through her awareness of who Kanie is. That with this he succeeds in truly saving her by giving her a another year, and this victory was achieve through having the tree enter into full bloom by having so many visitors in such brief period of time.

Although Kanie leaves with a heavy heart since he really doesn't want this to be the end and this is particular show through how Izusu see him off. That only once he has a talk with his aunt does he himself realize the truth, which leads him to returning the Amagi Brilliant park. However he largely tries to cover it up with a lot of bluster clamming how things will quickly fall apart with out him around, but the one most please with his return is probably Isuzu. Now that everything is finished it seems that this would be the end but it is not since there is still at least one more episode. This will either be about setting up the next season where to focus will be one dealing with the wizard or it will be about Kanie falling into his permanent role as the manager. It is more likely that it will be used to set up the next season.

Trinity Seven - ep11

Now while Arata and the others are trying to find a way back, Levi has her work cut out for her holding down the fort. It seems that at least for now only one of the evil mages are attacking the school. That in a way this works in their favor since they don't have a lot of resources to fight them off. This allows for everything to focus on Levi's action as she mostly stands alone against Lugh. Although she does receive some support from Yui who is in her dream dimension protecting the students since the school can be rebuild but a lost life can't be restored. That another factor that is working in their favor is that Lugh is holding back a lot of her strength and only using what she feels that she must use to win the fight. That in this way Levi being injured work in her favor of prolonging the fight.

However thing change after she is healed and events move on to round two where Levi has the use of both of her hands. Although this allows her to use techniques she wasn't able to before it has the negative affect of having Lugh take a more aggressive stance by summoning her trinity. That shows that she could have end it earlier. However Levi isn't as dead as she expect since Selina involvement saves her and also allows for Liese to return through possessing her body. That with Liese's involvement things turn out very different since Lugh is more skill against someone that's a direct fighter rather than Liese that fight purely using indirect means.

That what is also interesting is that most of her actions are a smokescreen to hide the fact that Levi has been healed once again. With Levi returning to the battle the thing turn for the worst since she has to fight a two on one battle where she has been fight a one on one battle. This ultimately results in Lugh losing two of her trinity leaving her alone with sword left to fight with but things swing back in her favor with the appearance of Hijiri. Where it looks like Hijiri is going to finish them off before Arata arrives. However this plan is push to the side with his arrival come shortly after her own and his arrival is very opportune with him falling on Lugh resulting in him feeling her up which knocks her off kilter. Now with the battle lines drawn it looks like next time we will be going into the finale, question is how will it end. Meaning will the series reach a proper conclusion or will the finale set up a second season which is most likely the case since there is one more character that has yet to make an appearance.

Madan no Ou to Vanadis - ep11

Now as things are approaching the finale, it looks like this series is booked for a second season since there are few point that haven't even been touched upon. First you have Valetine's visiting Tigre in his sleep. That this point would be meaningless if something more doesn't develop from this. Then you have matters with Ganelon with him never truly being interested in become ruler like Thenardier. That it appears that also this time he has been serving other masters, then add to this you have the fact that he has been poisoning the king all this time. That it was never solely brought on by the lost of Regnas, but by him being drugged. That if they ever find out and cure it won't change the fact that he has been poison as well. This also explains Ganelon action of killing Roland, that if you are working for another power it is only natural that you would want to do away with it's greatest warrior. That he leaves the stage with setting fire to his own castle only so that Thenardier can focus all of his attention on Tigre and his goal seems to be have them destory each other.

Also you have other issue on the raise with the king of zhcted pushing for the withdraw of his forces from Brune. Which means that Tigre is on borrow time since his army will become much smaller if the Zhcted forces are with drawn. This leads to the approaching conclusion of the war. However you have the revelation that Regnas isn't dead that he is in-fact the woman that Tigre saved Regin. Then as things turn out that there was an attempt on her life before the battle leading to the false report of her death. That with this her death was past off a causality of war and not an assassination. However she reveals the truth to Tigre because of his lack of alliterative motivates. However this creates even more problems but it also set their course for the final battle because in Artesium there is a room that can only be open by a member of the royal family. That with will prove Regin's identiy although on the other hand Thenardier will try everything he can to stop them.

That in this final battle the two forces are relatively equal with Tigre's 20,000 troops and the two war maidens to Thenardier's 24,000 troops and five dragons. That in this battle it largely appear that the deciding factor is the dragons. In the begin things seems simple enough when three of the five dragon are effortlessly kill, which results in a two on two battle. That the problem is that the Chains that the other two dragon's wear void the magic of the dragon gears. Which means things have to bee done the hard way, but in the end the dragons fall. However the battle was exhausting for them. This means the rest of the battle depends on how Tigre leads his army. Also there is the question of what trap Ganelon has set since he knows that if Tigre succeeds he will take Regin there to the special room and this might be what he wants for the room to be open. That maybe all of this was to get inside this room, that the only reason Regin is still alive is because he need her to be. The question remains once the battle ends will that be the end of the story or just the ending to the current chapter since Zhcted has yet to receive any payment for all that they have done.

Amagi Brilliant Park - ep11

Now we enter into the first stages of the finale, and it turns out they end up faking us out a bit. How this is done is that we are leaded to believe that the soccer game is the their saving grace but in a way it is because as thing are now they won't reach their magic number. This game will help them get the last 50,000 that they need but not yet a done deal because of the negotiations. This leads to the negotiations on behalf of the park but Kanie doesn't lead them because they will not respect the fact that some that is still in high school is in charge. That is why he has Toriken lead the negotiations but he probably just wanted to see him sweet. Kanie only steps in when things are going poorly and he is force to use his magic to learn about what they are most concerned with and as expect it turns out to be money. This leads him to offer things for free again to make sure they agree but also make sure they agree to his only condition where the guest must come in through the park entrance. Which they readily agree to since it is such a minor issue.

This leads to a lightening of the mood when they go to fix up the stadium for the game. Although Tiramie does fix the field he also creates a bit of chaos through summoning some demonic flowers in the process. However it turns out that Kanie is prepared for this they only real concern is if the evil flower will reappear during the game itself. Despite the little bit of chaos they are ready for inspection to get the finale approval by the soccer officials. Then as the last days are upon them we get to the true saving grace of the park since he announces selling of the southern portion of the park. Since if they are going to survive after reaching the magic number of visitors, they will need to find a way to recover their losses after all the price slashing that they have done. This leads to the final day where Latifa will losses her memories and the fate of the park will be decide and thing end on a bit of a sour note since he is about 250 shorty of the 500,000 goal but he still has a couple hours left. The question remains is how will he get the last few visitors that he needs.

Hitsugi no Chaika Avenging Battle - ep10

Now the final episode begins with everyone taking one side or the other during this raising conflict that Gaz has created. First it doesn't take Shin long to become aline with Gaz through black Chaika requesting his service. That during all this Toru retreats with Chaika and it is at this moment that Toru finally accepts Fredrica's offer. It seems that he reject it all this time because of his desire to remain as a saboteur however through discarding this plan he can now act as he pleases instead following Chaika's order. That in doing this he can purse Gaz for hurting Chaika and deal with Shin for his betray. Although he only takes Chaika part way until he goes the rest of the way himself.

That in the end no magical attack is able to breach Gaz's flying fortress. That it is only through Gaz's arrogance that Toru is able to get inside this what leads to the rematch between Shin and Toru. Although this time around thing go in Toru's favor since it no-longer matter what injury he receives since they heal instantly. That it is through using this he is able to effortlessly defeat Shin and it seem Shin's goal was to have Toru take the proper path since he felt Toru was too straight forward to be a saboteur. That the path of the warrior suits him much better.

This allow him to reach Gaz but this fight is just as one side as Toru's against Shin although this it is Gaz that has the overwhelming advantage. This is show in the first few second of the fight after Toru reject Gaz's offer to work for him. This leads him to take Fredrica out of the fight, and then proccessed to play with Toru until he pins him down to the ground. Then as he is dealing the final blow Toru is protected by Chaika firing her last shot that shields him from Gaz's magic and sends him to safety. Then with the awareness of the new threat he goes to elimate it with Niva, however since the target is Chaika it leads to Niva betraying him and returning to her original master. That it is through Niva that Chaika's wish to give Gaz a funeral is granted. Although to do this she is force to use her memories as fuel but it is alluded to the fact that it cost her potential all of her memories with Toru. Things end with events focusing on what happens in the aftermath of Gaz's death with everyone returning to a quite life, but it would have been nice if they dedicated a whole another episode to the epilogue.

Trinity Seven - ep10

The first half of the episode focus on Arata's new transformation and how it has changed him. Although it does help in neutralizing the threat that Ilia poses by freeing Sora and taking control of this world that they are trap in. However they have a greater problem with turning Arata back, which turn out to be simple with Mira rejecting this new Arata. That through this action Sora is given the opening she needs to return Arata to who he once was. Now that Arata's back he effortlessly forgives Ilia for all that she has done, and wants to thank her for all that she has done for him in the past since she took care of him when Hijiri couldn't.

That cause him to request her help in freeing them of this world but as things turn out there is nothing she can do now since Arata usurped her control when he transformed. Although Arata doesn't have skill to bring them back so instead he set out to destroy the black sun he create that with it destruction it will destroy this world and return them to the true Acadmey. In this Arata does most of the heavy lifting with him combining Akio and Lilith's branch of magic, while Ilia stabilizes his magic because it is unstable in his weakened state. Then Sora and Mira strength his magic further by adding their own magic to his and with this combination attack it returns them to their world where the others are searching for them.

Then while Arata is recovering he is visited by Hijiri and they have a heartwarming reunion until she tries to kill him. Although Lilith manages to interrupt her which leads to Hijiri taking things up another level by transforming into a demon lord. That it is through Hijiri that we learn what the Astral Trinity is and why she is able to retain her since of self while Arata lost himself in the power it granted. First it is a power that is born from mastering all of the branches that are related to their sin. In Hijiri's case its collapse, creation, and dis-assembly which are the three research themes of wrath. That this is why it is referred to as a trinity. This is also why Arata went out of control is because he wasn't ready for that level of power that transcends Magus mode which is the manifestation of a single theme from their sin while Astral Trinity is the manifestation of all three.

Now with the realistic threat that Hijiri poses it look like they are finished but they are saved when Arata summons Arin. Although the question is why is she summoned when he calls Hijiri's name, which raise the question of what is their relationship to one another. Then through summoning her Arata grants her a special spear that allows Arin to void Hijiri's attack. However this whole meeting seem like it is exist only to allow her to tell Arata about what Iscariot is doing and if they don't hurry back Royal Biblia Acdemy is going to be destroyed like this one was. Which sets their course for the next episode as well as the finale but the question is how much help is Arata going to be in his current state.

Madan no Ou to Vanadsis - ep10

The battle begins and Lourie uses Qasim's expectation for a defense battle against with him dedicating four of his seven division in attacking their fortification on the top of the mountain. Although as thing turn this is a ruse since the remain division are pursuing what appears the be the fleeing Brune civilian and with his obsession over slavery he thoughtless pursues them. This ends up spreading Qasim even thinner. Although this is when Tigre strikes which leave only one division protecting Qasim final division. However the fifth division can't retreat since the civilians turn out to be soldiers in disguise. Which forces Qasim to retask the four division to reinforce the fifth, but for the most part the plan seems to going well until fatigue sets in and Tigre army loses it's moment with the soldiers calpasing from fatigue only to be finished offed by Mouzinellen soldier.

At this point things look really bad for Tigre receives some unexpected reinforcements by Mashas spreading word of his victory which has leaded to him gaining support from various Knight orders in Brune which adds additional five thousand troops to his army. Then even more join with the arrival of Mashas himself. Now with all these reinforcements it is a realistic expectation that Tigre will be able to kill Qasim but before this can happen Qasim retreats. Although with his retreat he gets in on final blow on Tigre by excessively singing praise of his victory to lessen his embarrassment on his retreat as well as create more enemies for Tigre so that one of them will do him in. Although this might just end up working in his favor since he has been recognized by a legendary general. However now that everything is over he can return to Brune. Although before that can happen one more problem comes his ways with Eleonora's return. That on her return her first glimpse of Tigre is in the arms of her nemesis Ludmila. It seems that Tigre will need to find some way to keep the peace between the two but there is also the question of how long Ludmila will stick around now that the battle is finished.
