Things starts of
with them going straight into the test, instead do what you would
expect by having the four of them test as a team. Thing are change up
with the test being about their proficiency at using their celestial
magic, which leads to splitting them up where their celestial magic
is the only thing that will allow them to get through. However during
the test Takeshi runs into Oigami, this leads to Takeshi being
hostile towards until he realize that Oigami doesn't even remember
him. Then the ghost trailers sabotages the examine, which cause
everyone to fall though to the lowest level. This leads to Oigami
meeting Kurumi as well, but he soon vanish because he is
disqualified. Although the ghost traliers action are in Mui's and the
others favor because it helps them complete the test by allowing them
to work together even though their goal was to appraise Takeshi's
strength. However this also proves that Momoka and Wizard Breath may
not be the champions of justice that they make themselves out to be
since they erased Oigami's memories which is the same thing that
Ghost trailers did to Mui's brother. It also seems that Momoka knew
this entire time about the infiltrators and allow it to happen. The
question is can Takeshi really trust either of these faction.

The rest of the
episode revolves around the drama of their little group. First with
the arrival of winter break and Kurumi wanting to return home to keep
their promise to Gekkou that they would visit the shrine together.
However after being here and not having to deal with the Gekkou's
hatred for him, leads to him staying here and Kurumi going home.
Although it isn't clear if Ida decide to go home as well, but with
Kurumi's return it also point to thing getting more complicate with
event suggesting that Gekkou has join up with the Ghost Trailers to
chase after his brother. It seems that Gekkou is going to be joining
the school in April. There is even more drama where upon her return
she finds Takeshi in bed with Mui, although it was just that Mui had
a fever and was having another delusion that Takeshi was her brother.
This leads to Kurumi having a fight with Mui where it ultimately
results in Takeshi reveling the truth to Mui about his relationship
with Kurumi. That he believe that it is about time that Kurumi is
able to stand on her own, that it is as much for her own good as it
is for his that they end this lie. Although it is doubtful that
Kurumi has told Takeshi about Gekkou's arrival to the school in Apirl
with everything that has happen and it is likely that this will
create even more friction between the two of them.
