Aldnoah Zero - ep21

Now as things are set for Inaho's rematch, things are much easier for him since this time he has the initiative. Although he didn't expect that lightning and invisibly would link up, it make things easier in some ways with reducing the frequency of the lightning attacks while reduces the mobility of the invisibility one. That through the use of his eye he is able to predict their behavior and in doing so he is able force them to split up by using Rayet as bait to draw the enemy into Yuki's line of fire. Now with the enemies divided Inaho is able to nul the electric attack by functioning as a lightning rod. Which allow him to take out the most troublesome one first. The second one is dealt with shortly after since it's general location was already known. The last one was the most bothersome since it could clone itself endlessly. Which means that only way it could be defeated is if they were all destroy at once, which puts a strain on Inaho from over using his eye. Now with this victory things are moving towards the final battle.

Then while all this was going Lemrina is confronting Slaine about his lie without reveling that she knows the truth. That with continuing his lie it leads to a face to face meeting of the sisters, where it appears that Lemrina is going to kill Asseylum so that she can permanently take her place. Although this doesn't happen instead they switch places by having Asseylum impersonating Lemrina to get answers from Slaine. However this get the answers she seeks it also results in Slaine placing them both under house arrest. Now with these event that it appears that Slaine is going die regardless of what he achieves either Inaho will kill him in battle or Asseylum with execute him when he returns her to power for going against her will and that day doesn't seem far off with Deucalion planned trip to the moon.

Juuou Mujin no Fafnir - ep08

Although everything that has happen since Tear's introduction it appears that her arc is over quite yet since the initial point was never covered, and that was dealing with her dragon the basilisk. This leads to an explanation of the dragon's powers and where it gets it's name sake since it can turn things to stone. Then because of this they are leaving the island and moving toward a neighboring island since Midgar can't afford to have the battle take place there epically with all the damage they suffered from last time. Which leads to a bit of a filler episode as they are traveling to the island it allows for them to go into more detail of the situation between Mitsuki and Lisa.

That to final resolve the situation it requires a lot of outside help. First with with Fyril informing Yuu about how Lisa doesn't hate Mitsuki because she feel that she is as much to blame for what happened as Mitsuki is. This leads to Yuu confronting Mitsuki about what happened. That in the end it is clear that Mitsuki is unjustly blaming herself for what happened. That Miyako sacrifice herself to save Mitsuki, that in the end Miyako made her choice. In the end no-one really blames Mitsuki because they were all equally incapable of prevent the tragedy. Ultimately Mitsuki asks Lisa to forgive her because Yuu asked her to. That in this sudden shift in Mitsuki's behavior it is clear that someone influence this change which leads Lisa to the most likely cause Yuu. Now with her assumption confirmed, the question becomes is what does Lisa plan to have Mitsuki do that will allow her to earn Lisa forgiveness. It appear that whatever it is, it will be something that will be something that will also punish Yuu for his involvement. Then as thing come to a close the island they are traveling to come into view.

Aldnoah Zero - ep20

Things take an interesting turn when the second half of Inaho's battle against the three Orbital knights begin. The reason is that up to this point they really have never been force to retreat, that some how they were victorious through Inaho coming up with some brilliant plan. However this time they were force to retreat and what even worse is that after they barely escape with their lives HQ is forcing them to go back. Which is very unreasonable since it seems that it would be better to isolate them and deal with them individually instead of charging head long back into the fight. The question is how will round two go since the odd are still stacked against them.

Then you also have further complications on Slaine side of things with Mazuurek taking action. That through meeting her Mazuurek is able to determine that she is a fake but the question is what can he do with this information. Although through his ship breaking down his is able to meet Asseylum's hand-maiden and through her Inaho is able to return the pendent back to Asseylum. That it seems that this pendent is the key to reviving her memories of everything that happen on earth. Then while this is going on Lemrina finds out the truth about her sister that Slaine lied to her. The question become what will she do about it, and will she confront Slaine about it or will she play ignorant.

Juuou Mujin no Fafnir - ep07

Things carry on from Kiri's defeat and her leaving. Although in doing so it raises more questions on what Kiri really is since at the very least she isn't completely human. That it seems the question will be answer at a later date. Then after this revelation things move on to defeating this dragon. However as things turn out this battle is mostly just a minor footnote. Where they try to lead if off the island but this only partly work and once again Yuu has to take the lead again. This time he uses the previous dragons specialty of Anti-gravity to make it weightless, this make it easy to push the dragon out to sea where Yuu can use his cannon to finish it of. This end the threat to the island and thing focus on the aftermath.

That in the aftermath the question is where will Yuu live now since his room was destroyed with the appearance of Kiri. It turns into a bit of a fight with Iris first offering to share her room with Yuu. Then things become a more difficult since Tear is still insisting that they are married. Although the situation get resolved when Mitsuki gets involved stating that Yuu will room with her. This leads into the price that Yuu has to pay for power. Since his later discussion with Mitsuki leads to a memory that was erased when she mentions that he might have been Iris first but his first was with Mitsuki. This also alludes to a promise between them that was erased. The question is what is this forget promise and also what other memories were erased in the process of using his powers that he isn't even aware of.

Aldnoah Zero - ep19

This time around things are more focus on Slaine's side of things than last time because of Asseylum awakening. This cause a change in great many thing first being that he needs to move here somewhere else where she can rest. Although in doing so he creates a problem with Lemrina. Then to correct for this he has to lie to her about her sister condition getting worse. That if he gave any other reason she would end up seeing her sister and realize the truth. However the greatest change of all is that Slaine has lost his motivation but this drastic changes toward the end where he is crushed with the eases Asseylum has in remembering Inaho.

That this the most likely reason that Inaho has to deal with multiple Kataphraktoi, when they were about to finish off the one that they were currently fighting. It seems like things are going to heat up for Inaho since Slaine is likely going to become obsessed with killing but is unable to pursue him directly. That this will mostly like continue until you have the final showdown between the two. Although an interesting question is why doesn't Slaine kill Lemrina since Asseylum is awake. The only possibility is that Asseylum would not go along with this war and would try to stop it, while Lemrina would be willing to do anything he asks. This raise another question on when Lemrina will realize the truth and what will she do about it.

Juuou Mujin no Fafnir - ep06

Things begin a bit misleading with them focusing on this blue dragon that suddenly appeared. That the real focus is on Kiri's involvement. The first issue is the matter of whether or not Honoka is Kiri although there isn't any real way to prove this other than they look really similar. Although the great issue is Kiri's power and why are they so different from the other D's. Then with this there is also the issue of why are Lisa attack so ineffective. Although their battle eventually draws Yuu's attention away from the dragon and towards Kiri's actions.

However he almost get there too late since Kiri is preparing to leave with Tear. That with this battle Tear finaly make the decision that she want to be human. This decision ultimately forces Kiri's where she uses Yuu life to force Tear to make the decision that she want. That only when Tear does, only then is when she spares Yuu. Although this drives Yuu into the corner which cause him to use his powers in a similar way to Kiri which forces her to flee. In the end it seems that they have won the battle, but thing are not quite over since with her departure the dragon has begun to take action. The question is will Kiri return during the fight with the dragon and why was the dragon following her orders in the first place.

Aldnoah Zero - ep18

It seems that things weren't as focus on Slaine as they were portrayed as being although he still plays a major part. Things start out with Slaine having to justify his action in this duel which the other knight end up accepting although they don't like it. Then things quickly shift back towards Inaho and him dealing with the next orbital knight. However how it is done is interesting since he isn't directly involved. That his job is relay the coordinates back to the Deucalion so that they can target the enemy from over the horizon. The enemy was easy enough to deal with but there was a bit a drama going on with Inko questioning Inaho's loyalties because she saw him with Rayet releasing the prisioner. That it is only later that he is able to restore her trust in him by informing her of he didn't want to involve her in what he was doing.

This leads into the next major battle the duel between Slaine and Marylcian. It is interesting how in the beginning it seems very one side with Marylcian dominating over Slaine while all he seems to do is run away. Until Slaine lures Marylcain into a trap where he can remove his enemies advantage which allows for Slaine to easily finish him off. This also seems to point toward Slaine's greatest weakness which seems to be that Slaine can only win when he can lay a traps in advance. What interest is that Inaho was able to see the battle all the way from earth. It seems that things are progressing toward a future conflict between the two. One of the things that has complicated matters is Asseylum waking up, while at the same time the fake princess declaring her marriage to Slaine. The question is what will happen now that the status qua is broken.
