Trinity Seven - ep06

The fight with Liese didn't go quiet as expect since at the end of thing there was no real resolution. Things start out with Liese going on about her idealogy that if there is a shortcut there is no reason to do things the hard way. That are this point Arata is in agreement with her since he is trying to do the exact same thing although he disagrees with how she goes about doing it. That other shouldn't be used as stepping stones to reach your goal like how Liese sacrificed her sister. However in all of this Arata pervert nature gets the best of him by allowing Liese to get to close which allows her to steal most of his powers by kissing him.

This has thing turn for the worst with Arata unintentional making a powerful enemy stronger. Matter become worse when her first strike using Arata's power take out most of the Trinity Seven, the only ones that manage to protect themselves are Mira and Levi. Since Mira isn't really a frontline fight, it is left to Levi to suppress Liese until Mira can act. This plan goes well but the end result is that the battle is called a draw with Liese's retreat due to both sides injuryies. Although the interesting thing with the fight is that Liese knows something about Hijiri and this make it a for gone conclusion that when she returns Arata will be a more active part of the fight.

Now as they are licking their wounds Akio and Mira are giving Arata a crash course in magic. Which larges involves with Akio fighting Arata and through battle Mira expects him to discover how to copy Akio's magic. However the problem is that he has to do this without dying, but to learn it Mira alludes to the fact that he will need to be hit by it which is where to problem lyies. While this is happening the others hint at the fact that Liese isn't going to be gone for long because of the nature of her thema is stagnation which mean that she is driven by the exact opposite of thema. Which proves true with her appearance in the school. Which cause the headmaster to be her opponent and through this battle it proves that if he want to he could end things here and now but it seems that once again he is using one of the Trinity Seven to forceful mature Arata's potential like what happen with Arin. That he real is only interested in buying Arata a little time. The question is how far with the Headmaster go in their little fight.

Madan no Ou to Vanadis - ep06

First off you have the conclusion of the battle between the two war Maidens. That in a way it is ironic how it end since Thenardier arranged for Ludmila to start a war with Eleonora, but he also had an assassin infiltrate Eleonora ranks to eliminate the War Maiden he sent after Eleonora in the first place. Although it is unclear what the goal of the assassin was, it could also be he was sent to eliminate both. The death of both would be a crippling blow to Zhcted, then there is also the fact that if Ludmila was kill by one of Eleonora soldiers it would send Zhcted deeper into a civil war. This would possible cause Tigre to lose his support from Zhcted. In the end none of this matters since Tigre kill him before he could do anything. That in doing so Ludmila feels indebted to Tigre and is willing to satisfy any request he has but all he ask of her is to maintain neutrality. Then with this conclude Tigre can focus on his real enemy back in Brune.

While he is Brune, he has to deal with some problems with managing his army that is composed of both Brune and Zhcted forces. Which leads him to do quiet a bit of mediation. Although dealing with these problems merely sets up things for Tigre to met the third War Maiden Soyfa. That with this meeting she bring bad tidings, first there is the fact that Tigre has been declared a traitor. Which means Mashas attempt to convey Tigre side of things have end in failure but it doesn't seem like he has been pusnished for supporting Tigre. The other bit of news she brings is the stading of the other War Maidens. Elizaveta holds ties to both Ganelon and Thenardier so it is only a matter of time before she becomes their enemy. Valetine is far removed from the affiars of Brune so it likely that she could become an ally with her lack of ties to the corrupted elements within Brune. Then Olga is missing so it is unlikely that she will take either side. Lastly Sasha is still ill which makes even more unlikely that she would get involved.

The greatest blow of all of this is Tigre's being declared a traitor, which means the only way to clear his name is to defeat Thenardier and Ganelon. Things become worse since Roland the black knight is recalled from the western front to deal with the supposed traitor. Although the interesting question is how Roland got these orders from the king since he is currently indisposed. Which means that Thenardier arranged it in some way. What complicates things further is he completely unwilling to even speak to Tigre, that he his orders and he is going to just carry them out. That this single mindedness means conflicted is unavoidable,which leads to Eleonora clashing with him. That in this battle Eleonora is surprised that she is force to use her ace against him. Although this is avoid with Tigre's appearance, and with him acting he is able to retreat with Eleonora while preventing Roland from giving chase by taking out his horse. However Tigre is grievously wounded in the act, the question is what effect will this have on the troops. The even greater issue is how will they deal with Roland because it seems like only death will prevent him from pursuing his campaign against Tigre. On the other hand by defeating Roland Tigre will prove himself to be a serious threat to Thenardier and Ganelon that will gain him more support of the local lords.

Amagi Brilliant Park - ep06

There real wasn't much happening plot wise this time around because it mostly revolved around hiring new employees. Although besides this fact is a focus on Kanie and Izusu growing relationship, or more exactly Izusu growing feelings for Kanie. This was first emphasized by her dream of Kanie replacing her, which would have been fine. However Macoron made things worse by drugging her food with the magic equivalent to truth serum. Then it doesn't take long for her to punish the part responsible for her unpleasant condition. What make things worse is Kanie won't allow her to take a sick day so she is force to stay near him when is the last person she wants to be around while she is still drugged. This is the major focus of the episode, that Izusu is trying to stop herself from saying things she shouldn't while they are interviewing a bunch of strange people. Hopefully the next episode isn't so random.

Hitsugi no Chaika Avenging Battle - ep05

Now we get into the second half of this two episode arc, with Izhmash planning to dissect the two Chaika. Then as thing turn out things don't go as planned when they turn against their captures as they are being chained to the tables. Which begins the events with all of these individual groups taking their own actions. First you have the Chaika that are force together, which ultimate leads to the freeing of Niva Lada. Then you have Toru trying to rejion Chaika, although it is kind of funny at one point they pass within feet of each other. Then you have Izhmash with egg on his face, that not only have the Chaika's escaped but his lives work is missing as well.

Things become more complicated when Akari and Fredrica enter the base in search of what happen to Toru. This causes them to run across red Chaika's helpers, which she helps only after they find Chaika's weapon and leaves them to fend for themselves. This causes them to indirectly aid the others when Izhmash is setting the rest of the Fayla free, they seal the door before they can escape. Then around this time Toru reunites with the Chaika's, and at the same time Ursula and Cyril are set free because of the promise to lead Akira to the other. That in the end everyone is reunited out side. Which leads to the final showdown with Izhmash as they head to higher ground.

That as they are here Cyril tells them that the tower is what controls all of the mass-produce Fayla, this leads Chaika to the conclusion that it is a giant gun. That it doesn't just control the Fayla but also the magic shield that protected the island. This means that Chaika's job is to take out the tower while everyone else protects her so she can get it done. However things are not that simple since the tower itself is shielded, although that isn't a problem for long once Niva reveal the truth about herself as she fuses with Chaika's gun to augments it's potential. That with this the tower is nothing more than a memory, and ironically Izhmash is done in by his own creation. That with the battle is finished the two groups go their separate ways, only because Toru suggests that Guy set both of them up and the best thing would be to go their separate ways without fighting. At the end of everything Chaika is trouble over what she should do now that the truth is known, and it seems that Niva is trying to push Chaika to continue her journey despite her own misgivings.

Trinity Seven - ep05

Most of this episode is establishing Yui's character, first with her sharing a bed with Arata. Then further with her clinging onto Arata for most of the episode. Then you have her making a compromise with Arin, with her declaration that she has no intention to take Arin's position as the wife away that she is fine with being the mistress. Then with these two clinging to Arata it cause all sorts of problems that cause Mira to show up with Akio by her side complaining about Arata impure actions. This cause Selina to misunderstand the situation, and claim that they are going to begin fighting over Arata. Which gets Lilith involved with them loafing around, by this time the damage has already been done and Levi join the fight just to have an excuse to fight Akio. Which then has Arin to join in, and lastly you have Yui that join the fight as well as ending it by putting everyone asleep.

Then with the conclusion of the fight things began to move in a new direction with the passing of a day. That leads to an investigation of a new Breakdown Phenomenon which causes Lilith the question the two previous culprits which turns up nothing. However with the mention of a library leads Arata to question Arin about it. That leads to Arata learning about the school's ghost story and it is likely that this breakdown phenomenon is connected which leads them to investigate the situation. Then as it turns out Lilith and Mira are already investigating the library. That things really get started when Selina shows up. That with this they all get teleported to a different location.

That through this action Arata meets the last of the Trinity Seven Liese, who turns out to be Selina's twin sister. That it turns out the twins in the ghost story were Selina and Liese. There is also the fact that Liese disappearance was no accent that it was intentional since she desires to become a demon lord and the library so report to hold the key to become one. It also appears that this is also why she join Grimoire Security so that by fighting Breakdown Phenomenon she could learn about them. The question is why does she need to suck other mages magic. There is also the greater issue toward the end when she manifests the dark wings and they don't hurt her like they do Arata. Now as thing are prepared for the battle to began with this evil mage the question is will they reform her or will she die and Selina might end up taking her sisters place in the Trinity Seven. It is more likely that they will reform her in some way but the question is how.

Madan no Ou to Vanadis - ep05

In the aftermath of Ludmila Lourie's greeting it isn't long before war is started between the two war maidens. That this cause Tigre to make a choice between focusing on Lourie that is taking action against Eleonora or strength his defense against his real enemy the lords Ganelon and Thenardier. In the end he takes action against the immediate threat. Although this battle is more than just giving support to Tigre because it is a more personal matter for Eleonora. Since the two have done battle in the past with both winning one battle but the last one ending in a draw but either accepting the draw and each claiming that their respective side has won. That in a way this is a battle for pride because it would determine a decisive victor. There is also the issue that Eleonora doesn't feel bad fighting Lourie since they have always have been at odds since it is family tradition.

Although the battle doesn't go the way that Eleonora expected it to since after the conclusion of the first few fights Lourie retreats to her fort forcing Eleonora into siege warfare. This leads Eleonora to the only decision she fell that she has to break the stalemate by breaking down the keep's gate herself. However Lim is very opposed to this idea since it puts Eleonora in unnecessary risk. This cause Tigre to suggest that he will scout for another way and if he can't find one they will allow Eleonora to do things her way.

That in a way this is beneficial since he is able to meet Lourie alone. That in doing so he meets a very different person than the one that he met when he stood next Eleonora. Although to an extent the meeting is a bit ironic since both war maiden were impressed by the exact same thing and made the same offer to him. In the end by meeting Lourie he is also able to find the path he was looking for. However when he returns things have changed and instead of turning back Eleonora act how she wanted to since which gate she breakthrough doesn't make much of a difference to her. Although she did weaken the gate but almost got herself skewered in the process. The gate was broken through but Tigre had to recive help for Arifar to do it. That next time the real battle will began.

Amagi Brilliant Park - ep05

After all this time Seiya's 30 yen strategy final backfired on them, since now they can't afford to do payroll. Then when ask for idea on how to quick make some money, they all come up with stupid ideas that he rejects. That is until Macoron remembers about Dornell's Cave. Which leads to Moffle telling the story but Seiya doesn't care about the drama and only want Moffle to get to the point. It seems that a cave that is located in the abandon southern area of the park is where the cave is located. According to the two survivors there is a treasure hoard at the end of the labyrinth. That the cave is the entrance into the Labyrinth.

Since there are no better idea they go off to look for this treasure. Although at first it appears to be a dead end but Tiramie finds a switch that isn't so hidden. That it cause the true entrance to be revealed however Seiya wants to be careful. Before he can stop them it close behind them which gives them no other choice but to continue forward. Which leads them to a room filled with coffins and inside the coffins is a different weapon. Although the weapons are not exactly what they were expecting. Then as they continue through the labyrinth it is discover that it is covered in traps. That because of these traps Izusu and Macoron are taken out.

This forces Seiya and the others to continue without them. Then as they contiune they eventually reach the end of the labyrinth where a dragon is waiting for them. Although interestingly enough they don't have to battle the dragon because it challenge Seiya to a test of knowledge. Which he wins by cheating with the help of his magic, that this causes the Ruby to be a sore loser. That with most of the terror lost Moffle easily beat him. That once the dragon is defeated does Izusu show up with Dornell. It turns out that the labyrinth is really a park ride, that the reason Dornell never returned was because he was living the life of a neet. Unfortunately as thing turn out the treasure that was here 10 years ago has all been used up supporting everyone that worked at Ruby's Trail of Fire. Although not everything is for nothing because they can make some money off of selling Dornell's collection that he amassed while he was there. That in the end the crisis is averted for now and with it Seiya has obtain some new employees as well.
